(Was looking for that one for years, long story.)
I saw at eBay, that same Beanie Baby is going for $50, $75, even hundreds of dollars or thousands. Literally!
Why are so many people asking so high a price for this one Beanie Baby?

(46,373 posts)I can't help but wonder, the Beanie Baby craze reminds me of the 1980's "Cabbage Patch Kids" craze.
And, it's nothing new, hundreds of years ago people in Holland went nuts over tulips the same way.
