Been a long time since I heard this. Dawson was a great front man for the Riders.

I saw NRPS open for the Dead in Boston, in 1972 (I think). They had that awesome Wall of Sound going and NRPS came out in glitter cowboy suits. It was a great night at the Garden. A few nights later, NRPS played at Clark University, a much smaller venue. The Dead showed up and Jammed with them there. Those were the days!
