Joe Diffee - dead at 61 - Ships That Don't Come In

Musical preferences and politics be damned. Joe Diffie was an Entertainer, and in my opinion recorded one of the greatest songs ever. This is my personal favorite.

.... John Deere Green included. He put on a concert way back when in Hot Springs Arkansas at the airport. I got to listen to most of his songs live. His dad also performed and he was a damn good singer in his own right. He kind of went right wing at some point, but I believe ships that don't come in reflected who he really was. I never, ever let politics dictate the movies I watch, nor the songs I listen to. Talent is talent.
Glad you enjoyed the song and thanks for posting the other one. I'll just listened to it, and it was good as it ever was.
