A few hours back, they played the Emperor Concerto, a favorite of mine.
Years ago, when I regularly made the drive from Charlottesville to northern Virginia, I could start to get WBJC on my car radio right around Culpeper.
Once, in my 1968 Opel Kadett, I was able to hang on to WGMS AM, the long gone station at 570 kHz, for most of the way from northern Virginia to Cumberland, Maryland. I think that was my Opel, but that far back, it's hard to say for sure.
Sometimes I can get WBJC at home, and sometimes not.
I'm working at home. WBJC has been coming in on my ancient Grundig Music Boy
