On hot dogs, anyway. On burgers, either sweet or dill is acceptable, although I prefer dill. For things like tuna salad, either, but I tend to lean toward the sweet for them.

Actually, I made sweet dill relish by adding dill to my regular recipe, and that was really good too.

The best ever, though, are corn relish and green tomato relish. Yum yum

hot dogs, tuna salad, potato salad, etc...

But really, I have yet to meet a relish I didn't like...That Giardinaire stuff that is oily and hot is beautiful. I would include chutney too except i don't know if I've ever had any. But i'd like to.
