You start by lowering the chair all the way down every morning before the person comes in and do that for about week or so. Then you start raising it all the way for a week or so.
I used to reverse peoples mouse to be right click.

like in the drafting room, the drawing checkers use them. And then when they are not looking you swap the color out on their desk. (them come in colors). One day they're missing one and one day the color changes......
