It’s been 3 weeks. He should know by now who rules the roost. It ain’t him.

And he manages to piss her off several times a day. If he gets too frisky with her kitty brother, she comes to his defense. It’s quite amazing that puppy hasn’t bled yet. (We watch the interactions to make sure no one is going to die).

He liked mixing it up with dogs too. I remember seeing him bouncing stiff-leggedly behind a young German shepherd, who was vocalizing a terrified YIPE YIPE YIPE while running own the street.

This cat loved canned peas. He would take his time, spearing individual peas on a claw before bringing them to his mouth.

that was a foster fail. The first time she was upstairs after weaning her kittens in her basement suite and my mother walked in with her (not small) dog, the cat jumped on the dog's back and proceeded to ride the dog as she tore around the house in surprise and fear. Dog had to be coaxed into that house for the rest of her life and then could never rest. If she even thought she heard the cat she was cowering by the door.
