Just found out my father is in the hospital with a Staph infection (They aren't sure how he got it.)

My sister called me to tell me she got a call from our stepmother telling her that my Dad who is in MO (My step-mom's family home) hospital with a Staph Infection -They think and not sure how he got it.


He is in CCU. He's been there for 4 days. And it started that night when they where in bed and Dad kept saying he was very cold. He also needed to use the rest room. So he's trying to get out of bed and after few minutes step-mom asked what was wrong. He told her nothing that he was trying to find his footing. Step-mom feels him and he is burning up. She gets him into bed and get blankets piled on him than puts a cold compress on head to bring down his fever.

Don't know much beyond that as to when he was taken to the hospital.

I just needed to talk in a sense.
