I saw that on Frazier with their dog Eddie.

That collar looks like it can get even smaller if you had a tinier dog. When my relatives raised Schnauzers they would get the tails and ears docked (this was back in the 70s when they still did that) and they used paper plates with a hole and a slit cut into it for collars for the puppies. It worked and was cheap.

Don't take him to the dog park looking like that. He'll never hear the end of it!

Poor baby. Please give him a treat for me.

This was both to prevent him from licking and for my safety. He was snapping like an alligator when I tried to put meds on.
He is normally the sweetest little thing.

I remember when my doggie was in the cone of shame. She had been spayed.

Now she is nearly fourteen, and her back legs are starting to give out.

My lab mix would bang her "lampshade" against the hall walls, loudly, hoping I would take it off. They hate those things. Machete looks disgusted. Will he forgive you?

cone of shame. It just seems more shameful when it is on a Chihuahua. The damn thing is as big as they are no matter how small it is or how you fit it.

He has a heart condition and is on medication, so he has to eat regularly so he can take his pills.
I blame my husband. He hand fed him the other night.
Tiny tyrant!!!
