I think this would only work for a tallish man (or older teen) though. It wouldn't work for children whose legs are too short. Probably need some sewing skills to pull this off, but it would definitely be the hit of your Halloween party!

... just like they attached the pre-made mask for the face.
It's really clever, but not easy to do-it-yourself.

Hello friends! I found this costume shop that sells these online, and they're all variations of the same idea.
If you really wanted to do this, maybe you could purchase the ready-made costume and adapt it for the Trump(like) character? It seems doable for a person who has sewing skills but not enough time to make it from scratch. The costume shop sells these for around $70 each.
