Tonight's Vinyl Selection

Heart Like A Wheel

Linda Ronstadt

1974

A mix of older classics in with the new, and Linda's exquisite emotive singing, make this one of her best!

Includes "You're No Good," "It Doesn't Matter Anymore," "Heart Like A Wheel," "When Will I Be Loved," "Willin'" and "You Can Close Your Eyes".

And my favorite "Faithless Love".

I think I'm only going to do more Vinyl Selections occasionally from now on (or, translation: when I'm in the mood!)

I saw her perform in Minneapolis when I lived there in the 70's. She wore a little Cub Scout uniform....

The guys all drooled over her in her ruffled white muslin dress with the pale purple sash!

I just loved her voice ....

I also liked Hasten Down The Wind with Someone to Lay down Beside Me, written by Karla Bonoff.
