Whew. Finally all fudge is done-

Three batches of rocky road, peanut butter/ chocolate, plain and one rocky road with mixed nuts. Tomorrow is divinity day. Then it's cutting/wrapping/boxing. I anticipate very happy neighbors.

You know, when I was a kid my parents used to make several batches of fudge a year, mostly vanilla and chocolate. I asked them to make divinity and they tried it several times and it never turned out.

Mom's gone now and dad likely won't remember what the issue was, but it seemed our house was just a little less divine than the others.

When mine turns out 85% as good, I consider it a win.

My back neighbor in a small cottage is diabetic, and she will be receiving one of my designed cards with a '3 grocery shop for you' included.

4. Divinity works best with low humidity and super cold temps.

Same with peanut brittle.
