(206,346 posts)I wish I had started brushing my Felix much earlier on so he'd have gotten used to it, but I found him as a kitten in a parking lot and he was a bitey little thing. He looks for affection now, but he's still far from a "lap cat..."

(30,778 posts)He looks much like the kitten in the OP. He is a bitey thing, too. We tell him "no" and whack his head gently. He may learn yet. He has not lived in the house for long, only about two months.
He is super affectionate. That makes up for the bitey stuff.

(206,346 posts)When I've fallen asleep on the couch, he's actually curled up and napped right next to me. Or he'll check on me, actually do one of those nose touching *boop* moves, LOL. I don't hold his attitude against him because he had to be pretty tough to survive on his own before I found him. I'm hoping that he continues to come around since he's still pretty young. But I know how it is...
