How many forbidden words can you use in a single sentence?

The Trump administration is prohibiting CDC officials from using seven words and phrases in official documents being prepared for next year’s budget:

FORBIDDEN WORDS:
“vulnerable,” “entitlement,” “diversity,” “transgender,” “fetus,” “evidence-based”, and “science-based"

Being an evidence-based politician, Paul Ryan decided to cut every entitlement not related to the fetus, in order to increase diversity in the the vulnerable population of transgender people living in science-based poverty.
