However, that was so funny I'll probably consider it a win for both of us.

(6,128 posts)I binge watch star trek Voyager every once in a while. The whole 7 seasons. Capt. Janeway is hot.
And Vikings. Lots of gratuitous violence, but Lagertha is a hottie too. I like Amazon women. Oh, that reminds me, Xena, princess warrior.
I haven't watched Xena in ages! Netflix or Hulu?

(6,128 posts)It was on Logo and Netflix had it. They lost the rights when it was picked up as a new series. I don't know when the new Cena comes out. I haven't heard anything since they announced it a year or so ago.

but I enjoyed watching this show last year on Antenna TV - they'd be on in the afternoon as I was getting ready for work......a lot of the stuff took me back (HA, the fashions)

(841 posts)I loved In Search of... the show hosted by Leonard Nemoy. The newer paranormal shows on the History Channel and other cable channels are sillier I think.
I used to watch professional wrestling but I don't watch the new stuff. I am also a fan of stupid comedies like Beavis and Butthead and Married with Children.

(46,362 posts)I love it when they bust someone who is drunk or stoned out of their gourd.
On "TruTV," (formerly Court TV,) they used to show a program called "America's Dumbest Criminals."
Videos of stupid crooks interspersed with comments from Danny Bonaduce, Tanya Harding and Todd Bridges.

The cops are sooooo polite!
And I swear, they all "know" each other...lol... like, "Come-on Randy, I don't wanna call your mom..."

(9,898 posts)that show for a short period of time. First comes, "Spot the Problem That Causes the Person to Hoard." That's good for a few shows and then I gradually change to my "Oh, I Really Need to Clean Up Around Here" phase. Lastly is "I Can't Watch This Anymore, These People are Hopeless Without Serious Intervention." On the up side, some cleaning does usually get done as a result of watching it and being gripped with fear that I will die under pile of old pizza boxes and yarn I bought on sale "just in case." Not that I even eat pizza. Or buy yarn, but it could happen.

(115,924 posts)The sloth is my spirit animal. I have no problem with throwing things away; I'm just so damn lazy that I let stuff accumulate. I look at the stuff that needs to go and think, "I really need to sort through that crap and get rid of a lot of it. I'll do that tomorrow." And then my sloth-spirit takes over... I won't be found dead under a pile of pizza boxes or 30 years of National Geographics or unopened boxes of things ordered from QVC, but I could be found lying on the floor among clumps of cat fur and boxes containing 30 years of tax returns.

(4,483 posts)I think her parents are crazy to be supportive of her getting married. She's only 18, and a very young and selfish 18 at that. Furthermore, I have a feeling that David might be gay.
My feelings about Andrei have changed. I thought he was a testosterone-burdened jerk, but I'm beginning to think he's OK. I admire his plan to get married fast so he can get a job; Elizabeth, though, is revealing something I think might be common among these American women--wanting a fairy-tale wedding at any price.
Who do you like/dislike? I'm fascinated by this series--have you been watching previous seasons?
