4. Yes, my elderly mother ran into that problem in MI last week

They refused to send her an absentee ballot, said she had to come vote in person even though anyone 60 or over automatically qualifies. She called me, I called the State AG, they transferred me to the Bureau of elections, took 1 minute with them, they called her city clerk and chewed his ass out. He called her right after and said they will be hand delivering a ballot to her. She lives in a heavy repub area.
I also contacted state reps plus the state Dems office.
So Sarah is right!
