Why do we think their reporting is good? Do they do a good job in the first place of reporting vital statistics? Why do I think they might not?

about reporting their vital statistics in the first place? How reliable are their numbers? Have they had zero additional deaths over the same period last year? And if that's true, let's go back to the first question about the reliability of their statistics.
