Wow, that's the Republican campaign plan. Talk loud and a lot, don;t answer the question, but trash Biden with unfounded allegations. That's it....they cannot defend Trump, they can only attack the rational media and the majority of Americans.

The CNN interviewer was cutting her eyes to the side near the end when Mercedes was interrupting her constantly.
