Fremont Street Las Vegas Reopening Is Packed

Remember when Las Vegas's mayor was on Anderson Cooper demanding that Vegas be allowed to reopen immediately and saying that they would be taking appropriate safety measures.

1. In happier times I'd say this is a middling-quality visitor's promo, but not now

This video is scary. I gritted my teeth and watched it end to end and spent most of it looking at the people’s faces to see if they were wearing masks.

Kudos to the hotel and casino staff! THEY were masked up and wearing gloves.

The same cannot be said of the tourists. Of the tourists I saw inside the casino and out on the street, I’d say that no more than half of them were masked up. The rest of them were strolling around like they would before the pandemic hit.

I hate to be a party pooper, but this looks too much like a chance for some viral spreading.

If I had business in Las Vegas any time during the next nine months, I’d.book a hotel without a casino and order room service or take-out. There’s less of a chance of sharing air with the reckless.

4. I read articles saying that English cops say that alcohol discourages

people from masking up and practicing safe distancing. I’fd say that the video is very good evidence to support their claim.

Like I said, I hate to be a party pooper. But I’m also trying to stay alive and healthy and I’m looking forward to Inauguration Day next year.

that enrages me. Their fuhrer made malignant narcissists out of everyone in these type crowds that eschew masks. They don't care about their own lives, they do not care about others. Their fuhrer gave them a jail out offree card.
