They’re mean, nasty, and bullying to the people close to them (our allies, in this case), and they suck up to people who don’t like them (China, Russia, Turkey, and North Korea, in this case).

This is not delusion. It’s an advanced Cluster B personality disorder. It is also a danger to national security, however. That I do not deny.
