There is another picture that shows the cop who murdered George Floyd and the cop in the photo of the Trump rally side by side and there are some differences that would indicate these are 2 different people. The ears are totally different, for example. The cop kneeling has ears very close to his head whereas the ears of the cop at the trump rally stick out on top. So though very similar in appearance they arelikely two different people.

Here's an article on the 2 cops caught on video. The cop kneeling is Derek Chauvin and the other cop is Tou Thao. Tou Thao has had an excessive force charge brought up against him before and it was settled out of court for $25K.

There is a close up of Derek Chavin and he's definitely not the same guy as the one shown at the Trump rally. Still a slimeball, just a different one.
