What stood out for me was when the professor said that the Korean government was able to make very fast moves to identify and isolate patients. This was the exact opposite of what happened to us here as trump and his enablers lied and denied as Americans died.

That said, there is a quick turnaround, consistency, skill excellence and thoroughness that small countries can have, that take large countries much longer to achieve. Size matters.
