Supreme Court to hear legal challenge to Affordable Care Act



Naturally, I support Obamacare, but I myself still have private insurance, so maybe I've not been keeping up with ACA news as much as I should. To wit:

I thought the Individual Mandate had already been repealed. Remember when Lil Susie Collins voted with the Repubs after obtaining Donny's Solemn Pledge to fix any problems with it?

But now, I is konfused!

The whole basis of the lawsuit is that the mandate still exists, but since it’s $0, it’s not a tax.

Furthermore, they argue that the whole statute has to be struck down if the mandate is struck down.

A lot of mental gymnastics, I know.
