rake in the most off that program. People don't realize recipient don't get free food and just burn that money. All that keeps a lot of people working. Grocery store and delivery guys really wouldn't like it if we drastically cut that. Even if someone's SNAP allows them to blow what little cash they do have on beer and smokes, that keeps the beer guy dropping an extra case or two.
