I'm so glad you posted this! I fell asleep and missed the show, so I'm glad I could catch up here. That was pretty good, but I was kind of hoping that they were going to mock Trump this week. Anyway, it was still funny.

I actually fell asleep and missed the beginning, myself - I've been a little under the weather. So I was curious about the Opening in particular. I was disappointed that Alec Baldwin wasn't back - but they had several guest actors for this, anyway!

I had some shots at the doctor on Friday so I was feeling a bit under the weather myself yesterday. I hope you aren't coming down with the flu or anything. It was still good to see all the guest actors and Kate is always hilarious as EW.

Hope you feel better soon!

I'm scheduled for the Shingles shot myself and am not looking forward to it. But I knew another girl who actually had Shingles and she said that her hair touching her face was so painful that she cut it all off! So no point in taking chances, but I do know someone else who had the shot and felt rotten afterwards.

Glad you're feeling better! I've had chills the whole week and am just trying to keep warm - and I've had a toothache after some dental work I had so I'm going back to the dentist - in Albany - on Tuesday. She recommended Ibuprofen, so that's what I've been doing.

have to go to work the next day. My arm is a little sore, but it's dealable and I feel a little under the weather, but still, nothing unbearable. I decided to get it because I heard so many people on this board talk about it and decided that getting shingles was something I definitely did NOT want to get ever. So even though I am a little on the young side for it (and I assume you are as well - I think we are around the same age) it's still a good precaution to take.

I hope you feel better soon and good luck with the dentist! Have you tried clove oil for your toothache? It actually works pretty well if you just rub it on your gums, but ibuprofen works well too. I am well overdue for a dentist. I haven't found one here in Boston yet. I can go to my sister's husband up in Maine for free, but I need to go between Mon - Fri. It's been years so I should probably deal with it soon. How close are you to Albany? Are you still in the Saratoga area?

But from what the girl who cut all her hair off had to say about experiencing Shingles, I decided it was worth it - and I do remember my grandmother having it when I was a kid and I now feel terrible because I didn't understand how sick she must have been. That was my mother's mother from Poland and she lived with us for awhile.

When I had TMJ a couple of years ago after having had serious dental work, I was in such misery, couldn't sleep because of the pain, my doctor prescribed an addictive painkiller. I only took it a few times because it knocked me out, but when I discussed it with my dentist, she said that nothing works as well as ibuprofen - she gave me some before I left the office the last time, but 3 or 4 rather than the usual 2.

And my dentist is in Albany because I was born there, LOL. No matter where we lived, we always went back to the same dentist - and he knew the whole family, my parents and brother, my aunt, uncle and cousin - even my grandmother went to him! But when he finally retired, I thought of finding a dentist up here since I'd had to take time off from work to go, but my Dad saw the dentist who bought his practice and convinced me she was worth it - and he was right, she knows the whole family, too, LOL! And she is someone I can trust.

That went well last year with the recurring roles of Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller, hope they continue that this season with the same outside actors - and that we haven't seen the last of Alec Baldwin!

I can’t wait to see what other celebrities are brought in! I hope to see Maya Rudolph again as Kamala Harris.
