This was a great video for a deeper perspective on the tactics used by the Nazi's and Hitler, such as starving a whole city and intending to obliterate it entirely from existence, and for the incredible suffering of the Russian inhabitants. There's too much professor time, without enough graphics, perhaps a bit low budget, but it is also a reminder of how the Soviet Union was our ally, but before that they signed a Treaty with Hitler and were totally comfortable with Stalin's authoritarianism, which should still make us wary today.

Always looking for good documentaries, and WWII is one of my favorite subjects.

Russian front was some of the most brutal parts of WWII in Europe and there weren't really any good guys.
