Did somebody forget to tell him that there is an active FBI investigation in process? Apparently no one told him the ABA has requested that Kavanaugh be investigated by the FBI. I do know that Grassley blew off the ABA with all "the power bestowed upon" him by his position in the Judiciary Committee. Someone also forgot to tell him that Harvard Law School has placed Kavanaugh under review to see whether or not he will be teaching his classes there, by protest of his law students. If Mitch flies in the face of all and continues to "plow" this through, it will not go well, methinks.
