Why Are Republicans Still Misquoting JFK?

Republicans constantly misquote JFK but why? Thom decides to help them out a little bit by playing an actual quote from the former President.

Because they trust that the average John Q Citizen doesn't KNOW that they're quoting him wrong and don't really CARE that they are. It's certainly not a mistake.

and then Clinton1992. Democrats are inherently cooler.
The republicans will be using Obama quotes in 30 years.I won't be here to call them out, so some DUer, watch those who led for me.

I specified contemporary presidents, I'd call those dates 1945 to current.
TR was & is an authentic American bad ass.
