1. It'd be great if you could identify the source or say something more about the video.

Because there are a couple of posters who post just a video, but when you click on it, it's something else. They may money every time someone clicks on it. The video is about the subject matter, but it's not the politician talking at all...it's some other guy who puts his videos on youtube.

Don't mean to tell you what to do, but in case you're wondering why the response has been small, that may be it.
