Once of the biggest lies ever perpetrated on the American electoral process. There was a contract alright, but it had nothing to do with what was in 'Noots" supposed contract. 'Noot' weaponized Congress, and it's never been the same since. Every low-life trick the Republican Congress is employing right now can be laid at the feet of this sub-human scumbo.
What a low-life piece of shit. Every time I see his stupid, fat face I want to plant my fist in it.
