I've seen him on tv in interviews for years. He didn't ramble on incoherently like he does now. He spoke like a normal person (well, normal for him).

I'm female and shouldn't comment on that, I guess. But I need a haircut, and I like the way she's got hers cut. But it probably takes too much time to poof it up like that.
