Mike Malloy from April 13, 2012: rant on top tax rate, middle class, and subprime loans

This is the 2nd segment of hour 1 of the April 13, 2012 Mike Malloy Show.
Mike reads an email from Prairie2.com about the economy with topics like: the top tax rate, Buffett Rule, the declining middle clas, wage stagnation, and worker productivity. He then riffs on the New York Times article from April 11, "Lenders Again Dealing Credit to Risky Clients".
