o I will perform with the Electric Music Band* on Saturday, April 29th, on Telegraph Avenue. They will be having a big block party for the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love. Moe's Books will have a be-in. The event is connected to BAMPFA, SFMOMA, and the San Francisco Museum of Craft and Design. .
APRIL

o On Tuesday, May 2 I will take part in UC Berkeley Art Museum/Pacific Film Archive Annual Gala at their new building in downtown Berkeley and the UC Theater in celebration of their Summer of Love tribute exposition Hippie Modernism: The Struggle for Utopia. During our show we will pay tribute to musical legends of the era.
JUNE
o I will perform on Friday, June 9 at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco with the Electric Music Band*. We will play the album Electric Music for the Mind and Body in its entirety plus some other stuff and me doing some solo stuff.
JULY
o Playing on Saturday, July 8 in Vancouver, BC with the Electric Music Band* to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love and Country Joe and the Fish playing the first Vancouver Be-In in Stanley Park.

(41,871 posts)my friend knew who he was, cause she was way older than I was and talked to him about Woodstock. I remember her recommending me find the video and watch the documentary. It was pretty cool, I have to admit.
