Democracy Now! (May 6): Torture lawsuit against EIT program designers move forward
A lawsuit by two CIA torture victims and the family of another will go forward againt James Mitchell and Bruce Jessen, designers of the Enhanced Interrogation Techniques (EIT) used by the agency.
Amy Goodman interviews Dror Ladin of the ACLU, who represents the plaintiffs, and COL Steven Kleinman, former MI officer who spent time on duty at the military SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape) school in Spokane.
