Despite the fact that it’s 2015, over the weekend the KKK marched down the streets of South Carolina, towards its statehouse, to show support for the confederate flag, a supposed symbol for the backwards heritage of idiot cowards nationwide. Thankfully, Matt Buck — a true American hero — walked beside them, playing doofy tuba music the entire way. It’s hard to be taken seriously when you sound like a walking episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm.

8. Confederate Flag flying all over my hometown in Illinois

I have even seen it replacing American flags on flagpoles in my neighborhood. Pick-up trucks with full-sized Confederate Flags flying from them. This morning, I drove behind a pick-up with an American Flag, a Confederate Flag, and a black POW-MIA flag all mounted on the rear tailgate, along with a "Support Our Troops!" and "Proud Veteran" stickers.

The same folks who are proud of their patriotism are flying flags of folks who so hated the USA that they fought to secede and create a separate nation.

Go figure.

9. Someone showed up to a concert in Ottawa with conf flag shorts on. It is so depressing some people

only feel alive when they are sticking their fingers in other people's eyes.
