I'm surprised Jon didn't point out how the entire Republican Party swift boated John Kerry. Jeb in particular supported and encouraged the Swift Boaters.

If voters actually cared about Vets, demanding the wounded are cared for, there wouldn't be half a million homeless vets.

The reason the Party fears Trump and corporate media wants Trump out of the race is because he has no hesitation in taking on the do nothings in Congress on both sides. With Congress's 9% favorable rating, he can do very well.

If you are in Congress honoring and respecting soldiers means you exercise your Constitutional duty that you swore to. Which means you debate and vote on whether war is necessary. You don't do as Hillary and just leave it up to the President to decide on his own.

Does taking a number and multiplying it by 10x somehow make your argument more real? Or does it just make you a guy who makes up numbers to make a point?

Although flawless counts are impossible to come by – the transient nature of homeless populations presents a major difficulty – the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) estimates that 49,933 veterans are homeless on any given night.
