This new episode brings me back to standing in the cold in December, 1977 to see A New Hope. This was back before movies premiered nationwide at once.

This was back when movie theaters had their own parking lots and people would be driving towards the exit together seeing the tail lights of the other cars.
After they had just seen this:
That's why the X-Wings engines glowed red.
(Heard that in an interview right after the first movie was released)
