"Creflo Dollars "Project G650" campaign to get 200,000 people to donate money to fund the purchase of a private $65 million Gulfstream G650 airplane for his ministry is now defunct. His ambitious request to replace his malfunctioning 30-year-old plane prompted many to criticize the Atlanta-based televangelist.
Among them appears to be gospel musician and author Kirk Franklin, who recently penned an op-ed piece for Patheos.com in which he seemed to question Dollars character, as well as that of other leaders in society. *

(602 posts)You *might* be able to see the video on Comedy Network. If not (I can only find the last 3 episodes), watch the other episodes. They're worth it.

(18,124 posts)I bet people in his congregation and others like it are as poor, and always have been as the proverbial church mouse. And his type of church demands money from these people in the form of tithes. Allegedly God demands these tithes. Not. Creflo Dollar and his ilk demand these dollars so they can eat very well every day. It's all religious scam. I really doubt that if there is a 'heaven' that they will inhabit one of those many rooms in god's house. Religion, a very good scam foisted on people for control and riches. Hell the Catholic church is the richest in the world. Is it any wonder? Disgusting crooks, all of them. I'd like to know how much Pat Roberson really has in today's dollars? I'll be trying to look that up today. Good mission to go on.

But there is one small condition: The first itinerary for the new jet must include multi-day stops in Syria, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Let him -- and others -- try to convert the members of ISIS and other "non-believers."
If the faith of Creflo Dollar and his entourage is strong enough, no harm will come to them.
