1. Democrats in Congress must move immediately to introduce a Voting Rights Amendment to Constitution.

Guaranteeing every American citizen the right to vote.

Include provisions on election practices (paper ballots, paper trains, clarity of ballots (ie-no Florida butterfly ballots) guaranteed early voting times etc.). Republicans will most certainly oppose it, and look petty, elitist, and anti-democratic in the process, so we win whether the amendment passes or not.
