Former NSA Senior Official. "slippery slope toward a totalitarian state". MUST WATCH

I just started a thread about this in GD, that has a longer DemocracyNow! video interview with him, along with the transcript.

"Intent from the beginning, before 911, was to gather info on all Americans"

"I call it being on a slippery slope toward a totalitarian state"

I really needed (honestly) the laugh I just got reading one of the comments there

Hm, Lessig is suggesting that an already implemented private corporation that the CIA/NSA/FBI is ALREADY using, is the way to go to in essence, "to cinch these privacy concerns up." Really?
