Some government sites, I think, and definitely the site of the ruling party. I would guess they've also been active in helping to maintain communications when the Turkish government tried to cut off access to Facebook and Twitter and making sure that the story gets out.
I very much doubt they have anything like the power to bring down an entire government. But whatever they can do, they have done -- and that is to help ensure that the whole world is watching.
