Today's Tiedrich rant: demented dipshit Donald Trump warns against 'illegal adlingthins'
Donny also violates his gag order and runs his ignorant mouth about IranLink: https://www.jefftiedrich.com/p/demented-dipshit-donald-trump-warns
just this week it was reported that an illegal adlingthin and you just look at this, whats happening
holy shit, Trumps phonemic paraphasia is getting worse. heres psychologist Dr. John Gartner to explain just what that is.
Phonemic paraphasias the substitution of non-words for words that sound similar are not normally seen until a patient enters the moderate to severe stages of Alzheimers. Some examples of Trumps non-words: Beneficiaries becomes benefishes. Renovations become renoversh. Pivotal became pivobal. Obama became obamna. Missiles became mishiz. Christmas became Crissus. Bipartisan became bipars. This is a fundamental breakdown in the ability to use language. If you were talking to your father on the phone and he did this you would think he is having a stroke. There is no healthy older person who speaks that way.
on top of that, the befuddled old fuck is sundowning.
Late afternoon and early evening can be difficult for some people with Alzheimers disease. They may experience sundowningrestlessness, agitation, irritability, or confusion that can begin or worsen as daylight begins to fade.
Tiedrich moves on and reveals Chump's Xwitter attack on Judge Mark Pomerantz which should (but probably won't) trigger a gag warning on Chump.
Next Tiedrich zeroes in on Chump's Xweet about Iran bombing Israel, and "this wouldn't happen on my watch." What a load of BS! As Tiedrich points out, Chump was the reckless moron who cancelled the effective nuclear deal we had with Iran, for no other reason than Obama initiated it.
It's a great rant today. Please click on the OP link to read the rest on Tiedrich's blog "Everyone is Entitled to My Own Opinion."

Even if/when these federal trials start, such expert witness could be the basis of a mistrial appeal.
I recognize that Trump was cogent and functional at the time of his crimes.
Yet it's possible -- although Trump functionally shows up when he's supposed to -- that his defense will still file a motion that he is not competent to stand trial, presenting multiple medical diagnoses, corroborated by rally footage.
Trump has changed -- he now wants to stay out of jail more than to be president. Even this diagnosed narcissist Trump would prefer being diagnosed with dementia than being even one minute in prison.

(32,728 posts)If and when Chump gets convicted of anything, they'll pull it out and claim it's not a fair trial because of his "mental condition." Problem is that it has to be their last resort to keep Chump out of prison. He's too vain and proud to go around saying he has dementia.
I've reached the point that I really don't care if he actually goes to prison. I just want him convicted of whatever charges and paying huge fines that drive him into poverty. If he stays out of prison, well it's still better than allowing him to run for office and wreck our government.

but it can't be used 'all brand new' after trial, if I correctly recall trial rules. So yes, in spite of expert testimony during trial that he's at a certain stage of alzheimers, and cross examination by Smith that he knew what he was doing before and during his proven crimes, they might be able to win this on appeal. But if the Smith team loses on appeal, after all that justice and genius of the DOJ Smith team, the People of the United States are screwed.
I hear ya, FN. I'm totally with you on the whole thing.
Though we have no control over any of this, I'm just praying to God that justice be done and he never gets a mistrial break.

So I try to learn as I go, and there are many great experts on DU who are willing to share their knowledge.
