Tiedrich rant: "Trump's a fascist but I'm voting for him anyway" -- what the fuck is this bullshit
Link: https://www.jefftiedrich.com/p/trumps-a-fascist-but-im-voting-for
the Washington Post interviewed sixteen former Trump administration officials to see if any of them had plans to campaign against their former boss, and oh my god, the results werent pretty.
heres former Chief of Staff John Kelly:
what unmitigated bullshit is this? Kelly doesnt know what he could do? John, there is an entire ecosystem of cable and network news out there CNN, MSNBC, Meet the Press, Face the Nation who would book you in a hot fucking second to come onto their shows and tell the public the horrors you saw, first hand.
oh, but its so harrrrd to, complains John:
whats this? you tried once, and then you went home? John, youre a four star general. how about you act like one? is that what your Marine training taught you, to try once and give up? no you go out in public, get your face on TV as often as you need to, hammer your message home until you get through to people.
thats what you do if you care about your country. do you care, John?

Kelly, a retired four-star general, said he didnt know what to do or what he could do to help people see it his way.

I came out and told people the awful things he said about wounded soldiers, and it didnt have half a days bounce.

Great rant against the former Chump Administration employees who saw everything up close and personal, and are too scared (or too stupid) to rat out their former boss.
MUST READ: At the end of today's blog, see Cassidy Hutchinson's answer when she was asked whether she's voting for Joe Biden next year. It will warm your heart. There's also a nice MSNBC video clip of her answer.
Thank you Jeff Tiedrich, and a hearty thanks to Cassidy Hutchinson!

OP
Based on what happened in his first term, why would anybody want him for a 2nd term?

(6,135 posts)2. The MAGATS want a dictator.
As long as the dictator is Donald Trump, they don't oppose tyranny. They think that everything will go their way. But what if it doesn't? What if Trump, free of the confines of the law, betrays not only us but them? Of course that would be a moot question if Trump becomes a dictator.

It's the definition of madness that they'd even consider it.
