In the same speech, he said (for no good reason) that his mother bore him at 17. Creepy.

(17,235 posts)I'm betting she had a couple black eyes not sore black knees. Or she's really mad at him for some reason
and he didn't want her around. Could be they are separated but playing it low key because of his political
career. Bottom line.....what a lie he told, wonder how many whoppers we'll be seeing from him?

(624 posts)... of claiming to have been "ordained by God" tells you all you need to know about this sanctimonious creep. Religious fanaticism is a handy-dandy catch-all rationalization for any and all crimes. Instead of whining that, "The Devil made me do it", simply gaze piously to the heavens and say, "God spoke to me." Oh, well then. If the voice in your head is God, then hey, it's all good. Never mind the fact that the psychopath in Lewiston, Maine heard voices, too. THAT'S different.
Do NOT dismiss Johnson as just another nut job, or turn your back on him for an instant. He is deadly serious and twice as dangerous.
