Liz Cheney is right about Jim Jordan's involvement in Trump's plot to overturn the 2020 election

Former GOP Rep. Liz Cheney—who was vice-chair the bipartisan House Jan 6 committee—is warning the nation about fellow Republican Jim Jordan who is one of the leading candidates in the race to be elected Speaker of the House. Hopefully, the rest of our country that isn’t aware of Jordan’s efforts to help Trump overturn the 2020 election will pay attention.

During her speech Thursday at the University of Minnesota, Cheney told the audience point blank, “Jim Jordan knew more about what Donald Trump had planned for Jan. 6 than any other member of the House of Representatives.”

She then added powerfully, “Jim Jordan was involved and was part of the conspiracy in which Donald Trump was engaged as he attempted to overturn the election.”

What Cheney is saying is 100 percent correct. As I detailed Thursday in my article, “Jim Jordan should not be Speaker, he should be a co-defendant in Trump’s attempted coup case,” the final Jan 6 committee’s report documented that “Jordan was a significant player in President Trump’s efforts” to overturn the 2020 election.

Jordan went way beyond simply amplifying Trump’s election lies “during interviews with friendly media outlets” —as the Jan 6 report details Jordan did in fact do. The Ohio Republican was a leader in helping Trump develop and execute his plot to prevent Congress from certifying Biden’s victory when Congress met on Jan 6. For example, the report documents his leadership role, writing that on “January 2, 2021, Representative Jordan led a conference call in which he, President Trump, and other Members of Congress discussed strategies for delaying the January 6th joint session.” Jordan was not a passive part of that call, he “led” that planning meeting.

How is the FBI doing getting into Scott Perry's phone? Perry was a top dog in the fake elector scheme.

Garland said it, he told Congressional Magats that he would not be partisan. I take that to mean that Magat members of Congress have immunity.

It's pretty obvious that the insurrectionists are running the House of Representatives and like Trump, they are trying to stay ahead of investigations. They are just as sloppy in their desperation to hang on to power as they were before, during and after January 6.

they learned to cheat on the election before the counting of the Electoral votes for one thing. How many good people, election officials, resigned and have been replaced by Magats. Magats learned to take over power at the local level.

We now have a Magat election official in charge of the largest Democratic district in Texas.

The insurrection has only continued and grown. Magats understand that they cannot win a fair election.

It's not "projection", it's Goebbels' advice to accuse your opponent of what you're planning. They're goebbeling again.

The Right learned to take power from the bottom up. Under Obama, they gained something like 1000 state and local seats. Now they're doing school boards and libraries. This is a well-organized and well-funded long-term plan.

The documented cases of election fraud I've heard about have been right-wingers: multiple voting, dumping ballots in the trash, voting for the dead.

Honest election workers have been terrorized out of office and replaced by right-wingers, following the dictate that "it's not who votes, it's who counts the votes".

I was puzzled about why the Right would want to kill their constituency with antivax antimask nonsense, then it came clear: they don't care about the numbers of voters. They're counting on voter suppression and intimidation, and other forms of cheating.

Look at the people arrested for voting in Florida. It doesn't matter that those cases wind up as convictions or not, the message that voting is dangerous was made clear. Thousands or millions of people will decide that their single vote doesn't weigh enough against the risk of arrest and/or jail. People need to feel secure in voting, but they're left to twist in the wind.

The Right is busy goebbeling while the Left is taking the "high road".

They have access to the playbooks of Hitler, the Klan, the Inquisition, and the psyops and coup research of the CIA.

The Right doesn't need Putin, though he's useful. The power of the wealthy has no country; it's more like mafia turf wars. The greatest threats to our freedom and survival are domestic.

The Right seized the semantic high ground in some areas, like calling oppression of women "pro-life" or anti-labor laws "right to work", and they get away with it.

The House is not a failure; they're succeeding quite well in getting government out of the way of the powerful. Same with SCOTUS. The coup continues.

Think of Goebbels every time you read the news, and remember the usage as a verb.

eliminated, and that will be the role of the Republican who now heads the elections in Harris County. I look for thousands of purges of voter roles to deny voter registrations so late that there will be no time to straighten out the registrations and will have to cast provisional ballots that will never be counted. He was vigorously standing up to the early Trump administration. Most everyone else was cutting him slack and waiting for him to become "presidential".

Franken ASKED for an ethics review and investigation, he didn't lie or duck the issue, but that wasn't good enough. Out he went, and we lost a powerful voice.

Meanwhile, we have a child molester and a ripoff artist still voting in Congress today. Not to mention Gym Jordan running for Speaker. Or Yucatan Cruz. Something's not right.

I'm talking about Chump, the true leader of the insurrection. Whether he goes to prison or not remains to be seen. But in any case he must never enter the White House again for any reason.

He must never have governmental power of any kind again.

May he die a slow agonizing death...

May he feel all the pain and suffering he has caused many innocent Americans...

May he go to hell and stay there for all eternity.

Have a great day my friends!

Rep. Liz Cheney confirmed she snapped at Rep. Jim Jordan during the January 6 insurrection.
Cheney told Jordan, "Get away from me. You fucking did this," as House members were evacuating.

"That fucking guy Jim Jordan. That son of a bitch," Cheney told Milley, according to the book. She added later: "While these maniacs are going through the place, I'm standing in the aisle and he said 'We need to get the ladies away from the aisle. Let me help you.' I smacked his hand away and told him, 'Get away from me. You fucking did this.'"

One of her conditions for co-chairing the committee was that congress critters in both the house and Senate were off limits.

She could have shown on national TV all the evidence she had on Gym, Coach T, MTG, who gave the tours to the insurrectionists, whichever congress critter pointed out the non-reinforced windows to the militias.

But she, as is always the case, put PARTY OVER COUNTRY. She does not consider TFG and his cronies real (R). So, she would go after them. But, once a Cheney, always a Cheney and this is far too little and far too late.
