Tiedrich rant: don't give me any bullshit about how unfairly Donald Trump is being treated

Link: https://www.jefftiedrich.com/p/dont-give-me-any-bullshit-about-how

Donald Trump was indicted in Manhattan on 35 felony counts of business fraud. he was driven by motorcade to his arraignment where he pleaded not guilty and was released without bail. he was not handcuffed or fingerprinted, nor were mug shots taken. afterwards, Trump held a rally.

Kalief Browder was a 16-year-old kid from the Bronx. he was accused of stealing a backpack. cops arrested him, handcuffed him and took him to jail, where he was fingerprinted and photographed. at his arraignment, he pleaded not guilty. he was denied bail and was sent to Rikers Island to await trial.

Donald Trump was indicted in Florida on 40 felony counts of stealing classified documents and hiding them in the unspeakably ugly bathroom of his shitty vermin-infested Florida golf motel. he flew in his private jet to Palm Beach, where again he was driven by motorcade to his arraignment. again, he pleaded not guilty, and again he was neither handcuffed nor fingerprinted. no mug shots were taken, and he was released without bail. afterwards, he went on TV to whine about it.

after arriving at Rikers Island, Kalief Browder spent the next three years there — two of them in solitary confinement — waiting for a trial that never came. surveillance footage shows Kalief being beaten by both corrections officers and fellow prisoners. trial dates were set, and then postponed, and then set again, and then postponed again and again — for three years.

It's truly sickening how Chump has been pampered and coddled his entire life. And yet he's a career criminal and all he can do is complain and tell lies.

We on the political left are not calling the justice system rigged against Trump, only he and his brainwashed minions and power-seeking lizard-people advisors are running with that torch...

Would I mind if I read a story about Donald Trump being sexually abused in prison?

I wish I could say "yes"; but sadly, my mercy and sense of justice have been dulled by his constant lying, abuse of the system and escapes from accountability over a lifetime of crime, graft and bigotry. Seeing security camera footage of that SOB 'tossing salad' under duress would not move my outrage needle a millimeter and I find that disturbing because his coarseness and hideous personality and behavior have infected me with a desire for vengeance or retribution.

Sorry. I wish I could just lie and say I felt otherwise, but I don't. I would not turn away from seeing video of him suffer for the crimes of a lifetime. It is a character flaw in me, but a visceral desire at the same time.

There is the upper, single digit percentage who get the red carpet into cushy token fines and stays in Club Fed, and then there is the rest of us who get regularly abused and harasses by those same LEOs who figure it is okay to do that to the ones without money. I mean, what else can we do... sue them? If you look cross-eyed at a police officer, there are even odds that you will end up in jail or worse. If the orange gibbon, or Ghouliani, or Jr, or any of those 'elite' do it, they get 'frowned on'. I agree with Jeff, but it is more about the bullshit offered by anyone from that 'protected' class who manage to finally get caught doing something.

But they complain that one tier is where Trump gets indicted and the other tier is where Hillary and Hunter get off scott free.

The rump had four years to investigate and prove any criminality of Hillary, Obama, Hunter, and that dogcatcher in Podunk that Obama appointed.

Nothing.

Crickets. Well, ... Ghouliani did go to Ukraine and made a lot of noise.

Four years.

I hope tRump gets and serves at least four years for his crimes against the United States of America.

I mean, when I've made literally exactly the same fucking point here on DU, they've swarmed to mock, insult, ridicule and belittle me for my scandalous lack of faith in The Process.

I look forward to seeing how they go after Tiedrich, who's apparently equally lacking in faith.

They are based upon the amount of power wielded by the target and the potential retaliation against the officer and the department
