Oh man. Check out this thread from Charlie Sykes, the well-known Wisconsin Never Trump conservative.
You may have heard of Uline, the giant shipping supply company, which is owned by the powerful right wing family Richard and Liz Uihlein. This couple is a major Trump contributed and backer. Uline, their company, is one of the biggest employers in Wisconsin.
Read it and weep, or go buy some booze; or see if we can help throw the Republicans OUT as soon as humanly possible; because they have absolutely zero regard for our health, our safety or our lives.
This is really making me mad. The pandemic is revealing people for who they really are in this country and it’s an appalling sight.
On another level, it’s also showing the kindness of neighbors, the staunch leadership of governors and mayors, the dogged determination of the nation’s journalists; the courage of ordinary workers and volunteers who are risking their lives to keep us going.
Salute to all of them. They deserve better leadership and so do we.
