NEW: North Dakota company that Trump repeatedly and personally pushed to receive a contract to build his border wall just received a $400 million contract. Officials had previously balked at awarding bid to Fisher, owned by a GOP donor. W/@NickMiroff:



$400 million for a few miles of something that can be readily defeated by $100 for one of these



Sidenote, I lived in Berlin in the late 80s/early 90s. What stopped people crossing that wall wasn’ t the wall so much as the minefields, ball-bearing guns and tens of guards 24/7 per mile paid for by the communist state. This wall includes none of that.

or some other quid pro quo. Thus the GOP uses Tax money to fund its ongoing and perpetual re-election.
