They might have a case if they were forced to marry men. The anti-same-sex marriage crowd seems to do this a lot. They approach the court with an argument that depends on their being coerced or forced into something, then relate how they made a completely free choice that would be completely unaffected by same-sex marriage. Of course, they could make the same argument against DOMA and all the various state laws prohibiting same-sex marriage, and it would make no sense in any case.
