Pilot Flying J guilty pleas: Radford, Stinnett, Clark admit to mail fraud counts
Source: Knoxville News Sentinel
KNOXVILLE Three former Pilot Flying J employees pleaded guilty today in federal court to taking part in a conspiracy to defraud customers out of diesel fuel rebates.
That brings the total to five who have admitted their roles in the scheme that became public with a massive raid on Pilots West Knoxville headquarters in April.
Earlier this afternoon, co-worker Jay Stinnett entered a similar plea.
This morning, Kevin Clark admitted to one count of mail fraud.

(223 posts)The owner is well know here in cleveland cause he owns the Cleveland Browns football team so this has been all over the press. It is rumored that Bon Jovi canceled an opening day concert because of this, which makes it twice that the city got screwed over by a cleveland browns owner (art modell being the other one)
the other owner is well known here in Tennessee because he is the republican governor - his share is in a "blind" trust though, you know.
